If your home feels cramped, outdated, or no longer suits your lifestyle, internal alterations can transform how your home works without changing its footprint. Many Wellington and Kāpiti homes were built for a different way of living. A well-planned alteration can open up spaces, improve functionality, and make your home easier to live in.

Because we’re a local team, we understand the construction methods used in Wellington and Kāpiti homes and how to work safely and efficiently within existing structures. Over the years we’ve worked on hundreds of homes across the region, so we know what to anticipate and how to plan for it.
At NZ Proud, home alterations and renovations are at the core of what we do. We’ve delivered hundreds of renovation projects across Wellington and the Kāpiti Coast, working with everything from character villas and bungalows to modern family homes.
